Assignment - Week 4

After completion of this lesson, you will be able to do the following tasks in Paint Shop Pro X -

• Understand the concept of "digital scrapbooking"
• Use Edit Selection mode
• Modify Selections using the Selections menu
• Load and Save Selections
• Have a basic understanding of Alpha Channels
• Use several of Paint Shop Pro's Effects
• Create a digital scrapbook component
• Create a digital scrapbook page using a kit
• Use the Layers>View menu
  

I had one photo that I wanted to use, but the class colors didn't match, so did some extra work around.

As finally I now know the pick tool I am going to love it *Smile*. Also the Selections - Modify - Select Selection Borders was new, as also the save to Alpha channel.

Well this is a photo that I took after a friend told me to do some digital photos from her work. She is working with fabric books and is an artist in it. I decided to use this photo that I now resized:

This is an object she did. There are German words on it and I will try to translate similar:

"The soul retains the yesterday by its memory, by its action she prepares the mornings".

Well I loved to learn how to work with the layers as also the saved pieces and that is my end result:
