Assignment - Week 5

After completion of this lesson, you will be able to do the following tasks in Paint Shop Pro X -

• Understand the definition of a mask
• Create a mask from an image
• Invert a mask layer
• Load and save masks from disk or alpha channel
• Scale and transform masks
• Create your own edge mask effect and save it
• Create a selection from a mask
• Save a masked image so that it can be used in many popular applications

These are the results on the layer mask

Here I used a mask from the PSP masks and used the rubber tool

This was my own mask that I created and saved like told in the lesson

This was also created like told in the lesson by going to Layers - New Mask Layer - from image

Put two masks on top of each other and made a frame around

This photo with the mask was saved as tif file and applied on a word document with colored background for to show its transparency
