Using a Spacer gif
	It is a good use to put a spacer gif into your page with a bordered background. This is a transparent little picture. You can set up a table with two table datas. In the first you put in the spacer gif and set up the width of the spacer gif a bit more than the width of your image border. In the second table data you can put in your text or whatever you want and your text now always will be adjusted right to your border.
	This is my table data with another bgcolor. I let also a border in the table, so you can see better, how the spacer gif is working.
	In this table data I changed the valign to bottom and the align to left.
